Eight views of a single typewriter are arranged as a sequence, each rendered using the typewriter’s character set. The images correspond to a circular movement around the object, yet what is shown is not photographed but typed.

The typewriter appears as both producer and product. The machine generates its own image using the very system it was designed to operate. Writing does not describe the object; it constitutes it.

Representation collapses into production. Each image is a result of the same mechanism it depicts. The act of writing turns into a closed loop in which the tool outputs itself, repeatedly, from different positions, without leaving its own logic.
