Description
Multiple concentric circles of identical bistro chairs are arranged with mathematical precision. Each chair is tilted by an exact increment and displaced below the plane of the floor.
The circles remain legible as social forms, yet their function is quietly withdrawn. What promises gathering produces distance; what suggests equality becomes uneven.
The structure does not collapse. It persists as an arrangement whose logic is intact, but no longer inhabitable.
Participation is implied, then deferred. Order is maintained at the cost of use.
